IVECO China launched IVECO Italy Saloon at the "2024 IVECO Italy Saloon Night" event to enjoy VIP rights of customers, strengthen differentiated value-added services for end users, highlight the high-end quality of IVECO Italy saloon, and set a new service benchmark in the RV industry.
IVECO China held the "Star Company, Walk along the Road" IVECO Italy RV Night event 2024, many authorized RV modification factory partners and IVECO dealers participated. This event aims to analyze the development trend of the RV industry, share market experience, and explore more new initiatives and new programs that are beneficial to the end customers of the RV, in order to better return the customers' love for IVECO chassis RV in Italy, and jointly promote the development of the domestic RV market.

IVECO China customizes special RV chassis for Chinese RV customers, striving to bring the most suitable products to customers, such as being the first to promote Hi-Matic fully automatic gearbox in the domestic RV industry, the first to launch a 6.5-ton large-load wide-body model in China, the first to be equipped with advanced driving assistance systems (including: ACC adaptive cruise control system + queuing assistance system, AEBS automatic emergency braking system + city braking, lane departure warning system + LKA lane keeping assistance system, crosswind assistance system), tire pressure monitoring, automatic headlights and wipers; the first to be equipped with LED headlight system, etc. At the same time, the customized RV products are targeted at the Chinese market, and have undergone rigorous engine and gearbox calibration and durability tests, meeting the domestic regular mass-produced car CCC certification requirements and the National VI b stage emission standards, which can ensure that the exclusive customers can register motor vehicle license plates in any city in China.
When the modification factory delivers the Italian IVECO RV to the VIP customer, IVECO China will set up a "worry-free" customer-exclusive WeChat group to provide driving training, warranty registration, maintenance reminders, online Q&A for daily faults, emergency accident coordination and other related services. This service will be implemented for new customers and will be gradually improved for old customers.
