September 5, 2022, Xinjiang, China, On the morning of August 31, the signing ceremony of JAC Group commercial vehicle project with an annual production of 20,000 units in Hetian, Xinjiang was successfully held.
 

It is reported that the project, with an investment of about 500 million yuan, covers an area of 70 mus, and strives to build a production base with an annual output of 20,000 units commercial vehicles (pickup trucks, light trucks and new energy products). After the construction completion, it is estimated that the local output value will increase by 4.1 billion yuan in 5 years, the tax revenue will be about 600 million yuan, and more than 500 jobs can be provided.
 

JAC Group stated that the project will be built into a core manufacturing base of export products in the northwest region, taking into account the pre-warehouse and transfer station for Central Asian exports, and making contributions to the construction of the core area of the Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Belt.

The implementation of this project has opened a new page in the development of the industry in Hetian, and injected fresh blood into the adjustment of the industrial structure of Hetian. In the next step, all parties should make joint efforts to accelerate the construction of the project and put it into production as soon as possible, and actively explore a new model of industrial assistance to Xinjiang.
