June 16, 2021, Qingdao, China, Aimed at customers’ needs in vehicle efficiency, Jiefang Qingqi launched Han V2.0 460 tractor with national VI emission standards, which not only has strong power and compliance emission, but also plays an important role in transporting coal for its six advantages.
Xichai 6DM2-460 11L large displacement engine increased power to 460 horsepower with maximum torque 2300N.m; high torque at low speed meet demands of part-load traffic and other middle and long distance transportation due to fuel economy and strong power. Equipped with Weichai WP10.5H460 engine, maximum torque 2100N.m, wide maximum torque speed.
HiSCR+DOC+DPF routes with mature technology, compliance emission and no traffic restriction, high residual value of second-hand car. Fuel injection pressure upgraded to 2,000bar with national VI emission standards, with better atomization, more evenly distribution, and higher combustion efficiency, torque increased by 3-5%;
Xichai 6DM2-460 engine + FAW gearbox, Weichai WP10.5H460 engine + Shaanchi gearbox ensure higher fuel economy and stronger power with minimum specific fuel consumption 181-186g/kW·h.
Electric control silicon oil fan + data secondary calibration ensures the best condition of engine and cost saving.
Light weight design such as aluminium alloy and high-strength materials and new technology decrease self weight by over 225kg to 7.5t, which enables to load more and earn more.
EPS steel craft with high intensity, high bearing strength and high corrosion resistance; rolling technique frame with high precision and unattenuated strength; secondary spray painting process with strong rust protection ability.
WABCO valve and WABCO clutch booster in whole vehicle; standard configuration of cold water treasure makes it easy to start without killing the engine and decrease engine failure rate.
