On June 11th, to provide better services for customers of dangerous goods transportation industry in advanced equipment, law and policy, CIMC Tonghua and Sino Truck jointly organized “Sino Truck New Laws with National VI Emission Standards Dangerous Goods Tractor News Conference & CIMC Tonghua Road Dangerous Goods Carrier Vehicle Standard Introduction Conference”.
Except the law publicizing and implementation, CIMC Tonghua also brought new upgrade “European tank 2021” aluminium alloy heat preservation tank, which received wide attention and favorable reviews from customers.
Aluminium alloy tank truck platform with modular design and entirely new coating and detail designs contribute to higher quality;
Newly optimized full bearing structure without auxiliary beams and assembly designs of tank and frame make it convenient to change and maintain and achieve higher reliability;
5454 H32 aluminium alloy plate meeting European standards in tank with high temperature resistance and excellent mechanical property and several integral wave-proof plate inside the tank lead to higher strength and stability;
Better thermal insulation properties because of high-quality insulated cotton; and aluminium alloy primary color, aluminium alloy tintage color and glass fiber reinforced plastics skins can be chosen for insulation outside covered plate;
Bottom loading system is equipped in the tank’s middle part and valves are all stainless steel 304, with corrosion and wear resistance;
With lifting type movable rail on the top of tank, additional safety accessories such as ground copper, ground plate and ground strip are added, which ensure operation and transportation safety;
Standard configurations of bottom valve alarm system, brake lining warning device, drainage, air cylinder and air chamber test connector are all safe and regulatory compliance.
