(chinaspv.com, March 29, 2010) Automobile parts and components supplier, Johnson Controls, have signed contract with Visteon by the subordinate subsidiary recently. Johnson Controls will procure two American factories of Visteon at the price of 17,000,000 $.

American factories of Johnson Controls are respectively located in Arlington Heights, Chicago, Burr Ridge, Sycamore and West Chicago. However, the deal needs to be approved by American Bankruptcy Court, and the hearing will be hold by American court on April 13, and then, the restructuring plan will be decided finally.
