Recently, a power station project in Southeast Asia was successfully commissioned and delivered to customers for operation with Weichai Baudouin gas generator sets.
Bringing electricity and light to local residents, Weichai's large-diameter power generation products have achieved new breakthroughs!
The power station project is used for residential office and living electricity. It operates in island mode, uses liquefied natural gas (LNG) as its core energy source, and is equipped with 8 Weichai Baudouin 12M33 containerized gas generator sets with a total installed capacity of 8×800kW.
At the same time, in response to the local natural environment and customer needs, Weichai has deeply integrated LNG gas supply systems, high and low voltage power distribution systems, remote integrated monitoring systems, etc. for customers. Under harsh working conditions such as high temperature and high humidity, the generator sets still maintain a good operating state and have currently been operating efficiently for 600 hours.
The good operation of the power station is also inseparable from Weichai's thoughtful service. The project is located deep in the rainforest with a complex environment, many mosquitoes and a hot and humid climate. Weichai's service engineers sweated profusely after working for a few minutes. They resolutely completed the commissioning service in the 40℃ high temperature and humidity, and delivered the efficiently running units to the customers. At the same time, they patiently trained the customers on the precautions for operation, which was praised by the customers again and again.
