June 01,2023

June 1, 2023, Angola, Located in a diamond mine in Angola, the working conditions are harsh with high temperatures, humidity, and dust. On-site, over a dozen XCMG large-tonnage loaders are busy loading and transporting diamond-bearing ore, creating a bustling scene. Each machine works more than 21 hours a day, demonstrating high strength and efficiency, earning the trust of overseas users.
Robust products were XCMG's first step in establishing a foothold in Africa. In fierce competition with global giants, XCMG emerged as the "Loader Champion" in project bidding, praised for its exceptional cost-effectiveness and suitability for demanding working conditions.

The LW700KN and LW800KN large-tonnage loaders at the diamond mining site are among XCMG's outstanding products that have made remarkable contributions in the African market. In late 2021, a batch of XCMG LW700KN loaders arrived in Angola and were put into operation for diamond mining. Currently, their cumulative operating hours are close to 12,000 hours.

In the second half of 2022, several XCMG LW800KN loaders also arrived at the mine site to participate in mining operations. Based on excellent performance and growing demands, the users placed additional orders for XCMG 9-ton loaders and motor graders in large quantities. The continuous increase in tonnage reflects the users' full recognition of XCMG's large-tonnage technology and their trust in the XCMG brand.

The upcoming batch delivery of high-performance 9-ton loaders is equipped with a newly upgraded load-sensitive, fully variable hydraulic system, further optimized power transmission systems, and a multifunctional dual-brake combination pedal. The overall performance has been significantly improved, providing a better fit for customer usage requirements.
