This marks that the crankshaft company has taken a key step in the exploration journey of independent market-oriented operation.

This high-end crankshaft is the first product that the company has gone global through market-oriented reform. It is understood that the crankshaft is a six-cylinder forged steel crankshaft with a weight of 107kg. It is equipped with a high-end engine of a certain type in Germany. The drawing accuracy requirements for journal runout and roundness are much higher than those of domestic OEMs. In the early trial production process, the production technicians overcame difficulties, and after repeated adjustments and verifications, finally successfully passed the customer's on-site acceptance, which opened a good start for the subsequent in-depth development of overseas markets.

Guangxi Yuchai Crankshaft Co., Ltd. was established in October 2022. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuchai. It is specialized in the production of high-precision machining of diesel (gas) engine crankshafts, exhaust pipes, wind power products, automobile chassis parts, and customized parts. The company has a production line for processing four-cylinder crankshafts, six-cylinder crankshafts, national VI crankshafts, ship electric crankshafts and other types of crankshafts, as well as a flexible production line for machining centers that process exhaust pipes, wind power, automobiles and other general parts. The company has passed IATF16949: 2016 certification and has independent research and development capabilities with the products sold at home and abroad.
