In the first half of 2022, CIMC Vehicles achieved an operating income of 11.20 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company of 370 million yuan; total assets and net assets attributable to shareholders of listed companies reached 22.38 billion yuan and 11.77 billion yuan, increased by 2.7% and 0.2% respectively compared with the end of 2021; the overseas market witnessed great progress, and the revenue increased significantly by 59.2% year-on-year. The North American market and the European market revenue increased by 115.2% and 6.4% respectively, and the gross profit margin of the global semi-trailer products increased by 0.5 percentage points year-on-year.

In terms of North American business, the logistics transportation and semi-trailer market got rid of the impact of the epidemic and began to fully recover. In the first half of 2022, the operating income of the North American business increased significantly by 151.6% to 4628.9 million yuan.
 

In terms of European business, under the guidance of the trans-oceanic business strategy, SDC actively improved the production line of the localized "lighthouse" factory, and completed the production line upgrade and construction of the pioneer manufacturing plant in South Hampton, UK and the manufacturing plant in Mansfield, UK, which greatly improved the production efficiency and capacity.

As for Qiangguan business group, it continued to improve the "lighthouse manufacturing network", gave full play to the synergistic advantages of the three production bases, and continued to deepen the market segmentation. In the first half of 2022, the revenue of Qiangguan Business Group reached 2142.2 million yuan.

The urban muck truck business actively carried out product optimization and transformation, deepened the joint development with OEMs, and continued to make efforts in the field of new energy heavy trucks. In the first half of 2022, the revenue from the urban muck truck business reached 478.5 million yuan.

As for the Terabyte business group, it has continuously absorbed, innovated and upgraded, and has built an internationally advanced refrigerated car body and a highly automated dry cargo car body lighthouse production line. In the first half of 2022, the revenue of the Terabyte business group reached 130.5 million yuan.
