March 9, 2022, Beijing, China, Recently, Bosch Intelligent Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bosch"), Mitsubishi Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Mitsubishi Corporation") and Blue Park Smart (Beijing) Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Blue Park Energy") announced the official signing of a memorandum of strategic cooperation. The three parties will establish cooperation and use Blue Park Energy's battery swap platform, Bosch's cloud battery management technology, and Mitsubishi Corporation's battery service commercialization capabilities to jointly empower the "battery-as-a-service" business model.
 

In response to the new difficulties and opportunities in the battery swap business, Bosch has established cooperation with Blue Park Energy and Mitsubishi Corporation to develop third-party insight and management services for fleet operators and financial companies in the scenario of battery swap for passenger vehicles, including battery aging, battery health prediction, battery charge management, related visualization and management software. This cooperation will improve the return on investment of commercial fleets, innovate technology-enabled digital financial services, and support China's carbon peak and carbon neutrality process by improving fleet power swap efficiency.

In this cooperation, Mitsubishi Corporation uses its mature business experience and rich business resources to connect the battery swap business with the financial business through the Bosch cloud battery service system, so as to create a profitable business for commercial fleet operators, creating a more favorable environment for the development of new energy vehicles and also contributing to reducing greenhouse gases.
