March 2, 2022, Tianjin, China, On March 1, 110 units SAIC Hongyan fire extinguishing trucks were delivered to Tianjin, Shandong and Heilongjiang to assist local fire emergency rescue.
 

In 2017, SAIC Hongyan developed four-door fire extinguishing trucks, which became the first in China to replace imported vehicles. Till now, more than 1,000 units were applied in fire rescue teams around China.

It is known that Tianjin fire rescue team gave high recognition to Hongyan fire extinguishing trucks for its high quality. The delivered trucks are Hongyan Genlyon C6 fire protection material transportation vehicles.

Aimed at the short-distance transportation in Tianjin, this batch of vehicles are equipped with SDEC national VI engine, with the maximum power of 290Ps and maximum torque of 1000N·m. The vehicle is also matched with Allison automatic transmission, which increases the starting speed by 35% and shortens the response time.
