Shaanxi Tongli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd (Tongli for abbreviation) is an important part of Shaanxi Auto, and it is the largest research and development base and parts and components enterprise for special purpose vehicle in Northwest area. The capacity has reached for 30,000 dump trucks annually. Tongli possesses its own import and export authority, and it’s the base for research, development, production and export process of Shaanxi Auto.

commissioning, marketing, serving, and parts and components manufacturing. It has passed GB/T19001:2000 and ISO/TSI6949 :2002 quality management system certification and GJB9001A-200 nation military standard certification, and 3C certification.
