www.chinaspv.com: Recently, Technology Shaanxi Automobile Yulin Dongfang New Energy Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Automobile Huainan Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. were listed into the "Announcement of Vehicle Manufacturers and Products" by the Ministry of Industry and Information, which means the two companies are now permitted to manufacture special vehicles.  Ministry of Construction Planning, taking the production qualification of new special vehicle companies as key emphasis in work, arranged many on-site guiding for these two companies and conducted careful examinations according to related regulations.

At the end of 2013, the two companies pass the on-site examination of the experts from the Ministry of Industry and Information and gained policy support for special vehicle production.
